Most of the logos on this page are wordmarks (or logotypes). These are text-only logos that use customised typographic elements and letter styling to represent a brand and focus on the visual treatment of a company's name for identification rather than an accompanying symbol or icon. Because of my background in custom typography and lettering this is a logo design style I tend to favour.
